Here is what makes our staffed sales events different:


  • The mailing list is targeted at prospects that are in the market for the vehicles you are selling. How do we accomplish that? We have a staff that cold calls the dealers’ market area and target demographics prior to the event. We pitch the call as an “economic indicator” survey and specifically ask about upcoming automotive purchases. Not only is a survey non-invasive, it does not bind us to the Do Not Call list. At the end of the call, we offer them a tailored coupon book for their participation in the survey. This allows us to verify correct name and address. Also, it makes them much more receptive to future mailers.

  • Our mailing list has a higher than average response rate. Typical mailing lists generate about a 2% response rate, but that number gets a lot higher when you’re offering something that a person is in the market for. With that said, there are a lot of times when people trash bulk looking mail, that they do not recognize, or that they can easily recognize as junk mail. We counter this by hand addressing and personalizing all of our envelopes.

  • We create a buzz and a buying environment. One in which the customer feels like they got a great deal, and one in which their time was well spent, even if they don’t end up buying.

  • We work with the dealership to offer something such as a future free car wash certificate to everyone that shows up. This isn’t a ploy that alienates the customer; it’s something that they’re satisfied with and gives you another shot at their business when they redeem their certificate. It also allows you a non-intrusive way to follow up with the customer.

  • Back to the buzz. We also work with the dealership on buyer incentive prizes, discounts, random drawings, food, games, etc.  This is left solely up to your discretion, and applicable laws.

  • We only profit on vehicles sold during the sale. Upfront, you’re only responsible for materials and employee time. Postage, envelopes, toner/ink, paper, call center time, etc – It’s all at cost and will be written into the contract. After that, we negotiate a flat rate for each vehicle sold.

  • A great onsite sales staff. We will bring a greeter/registry person and an appropriate number of extra sales staff. The team members will help close deals, provide relief with overflow customers, and assist in any way possible. These are car dawgs, and they are the best of the best. All of our staff will be properly licensed in the states required to do so.

  • We also offer you superior logs and follow-up. Every prospect that we send a mailer to, they’re yours. We will provide you with this information. From there, we document floor-ups, phone-ups and all sales event activity in detail. After the sale is over, we communicate with all participants -- thank you letters, second chance, and a proprietary web based system proven to collect referrals.
